Jennifer Crowley Prat, LPCA, is a Connecticut based psychotherapist, doctoral student in Clinical Psychology, and certified yoga teacher. While she specializes in working with women with ADHD and other neurodiverse profiles, Jennifer works with clients who come to her with a broad range of diagnoses and symptoms, including anxiety, depression, and trauma. Clients learn to understand themselves and the dynamic relationship they have with world around them, empowering them to leverage their strengths, lean into their differences, and embrace themselves holistically.

Individual Psychotherapy

Mindful Meditation & Flow

Using mindfulness techniques such as imagery, breath, and progressive muscle relaxation, meditation allows practitioners to learn to observe the mind, ground themselves in the present moment, and experience a reduction in symptoms ranging from stress and emotional intensity to headaches and fatigue.

Appropriate for all experience levels and populations, this class is designed to be relaxing and stress-relieving while still building awareness, strength, and flexibility.

hatha yoga

This class incorporates longer holds and more advanced deep breathing techniques (pranayama) to cultivate a mindful internal experience while physically challenging the client.

vinyasa flow yoga

This class moves at a quicker pace, incorporating vinyasa techniques to activate energy levels, strengthening and stretching both body and mind.
