Individual Psychotherapy

Compassionate and collaborative psychotherapy for individuals struggling with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and trauma, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders like ADHD. Clients gain understanding about how they interact with the world around them (and why) in order to make meaningful change while embracing their authentic selves.

Mindful Meditation & Flow

Using mindfulness techniques such as imagery, breath, and progressive muscle relaxation, meditation allows practitioners to learn to observe the mind, ground themselves in the present moment, and experience a reduction in symptoms ranging from stress and emotional intensity to headaches and fatigue.

Appropriate for all experience levels and populations, this class is designed to be relaxing and stress-relieving while still building awareness, strength, and flexibility.

hatha yoga

This class incorporates longer holds and more advanced deep breathing techniques (pranayama) to cultivate a mindful internal experience while physically challenging the client.

vinyasa flow yoga

This class moves at a quicker pace, incorporating vinyasa techniques to activate energy levels, strengthening and stretching both body and mind.
